How Contacting eBay Buyers OF Fake Memory Purchases Saves Others – A Victim’s Thank You!

Posted by KittyFireFlash on September 11, 2009

SOSFakeFlash has been asking eBay members who have been victims of fake flash sellers to become more active and aggressive to fight the issue on the home territory – eBay.

Fraudulent sellers get away with selling false capacity usb flash drives, MP Players and memory cards because few test the capacity properly. A quick inspection to see what the operating system reports. Fakes are digitally altered to “fool” operating systems! So buyers leave positive feedback, only to discover the awful truth later. Meanwhile, more members fall into the net, trusting the feedback of previous buyers.

One way to help is as a Fake Flash Angel. Contact people who bought from a fake flash seller and send them a warning message, to test!

An eBay member to be known as “Joe” received such a message from another eBay member.

How To Warn Others On eBay As A Fake Flash Angel – Fight Back Against Fake MP Players, Memory Cards, USB Flash Drives – A Guide

Posted by KittyFireFlash on September 11, 2009

As an eBay member it is your RIGHT to share your “buying experience” with others and ask them about theirs. If you bought a fake mp player, usb flash drive or memory card you should warn others for the seller. People do not test the capacity properly, they discover the truth much later after leaving positive feedback. Many lose important information.

These sellers on eBay hurt a lot of people and they make a great deal of money. The only way to stop them and shorten their eBay lives is to warn others. eBay only allows a member to send up to 5 messages a day. This quota means one victim can not be effective against a seller, it needs more victims to compensate for the 5 a day message limit.

In 2008, one eBay member asked other buyers about the usb flash drives they purchased. The usb flash drives were fakes. These eBayers also started to contact others.

Soon a full scale war to rid eBay of these items began. There have been many battles and there will be more. The only thing preventing a return to the old days on eBay is YOU!

So how do you warn others? Here is a guide that shows you how. The things to do. The thing’s you should not do. It’s not hard being a fake flash angel, it can take less then 15 minutes a day of your time. Will it make a difference? Yes. Learn why.

About The Danger Of Drop-shipping For Both Sellers And Buyers On ebay For MP Players, USB Flash Pen Sticks And Memory Cards

Posted by KittyFireFlash on May 21, 2009

There are a lot of fake MP Players, memory cards and usb flash drives being sold on eBay. The FrankenFlash Project is struggling to free eBay from these devices that cause so much pain to buyers when they lose data. The project is also trying to educate the global public about the problem – it can be found everywhere now.

On eBay a lot of buyers are puzzled about why their sellers are listed in one country but they receive merchandise sent from another. Unfortunately many eBay Sellers use “drop shipping” and do not carefully inspect their merchandise. As a result they are paying the price when eBay members find out that they have received fake and counterfeit items. All sellers need to be careful about what they sell, whether on eBay or elsewhere.

Recently FakeFakeNews published a great article we think everyone needs to read – sellers and buyers alike. You will learn about what this drop-shipping is and why it can be very dangerous.

PayPal Demands Aids Criminal Activity – Danger! eBay Refunds For Fake Flash USB drives – Fake MP Players – Fake Memory Cards

Posted by KittyFireFlash on May 11, 2009

eBay and Paypal orders victims of fake flash purchases to return the crime to the criminals as a condition of refund. What happens? When victims of fake flash purchases on are ordered to return the items, SOSFakeFlash considers it aiding and abeiting criminals and sheltering them to continue in their black market activity. Selling fake MP Players, fake usb flash drives and fake memory cards is big business on eBay and has harmed many with data loss. In forcing members to return items as a condition of refund both ebay and PayPal participate in the crime, they force members to violate the laws found in most countries that prohibit using the local postal system to send or receive fake and counterfeit goods. Some eBay members are not aware of this. Others are but because eBay and PayPal refuse to listen and as they have suffered a serious financial loss attempt to examine the possibility of returning the items. What happens to eBay members when then return the items? Do they get a refund? What are the challenges many eBayers face when they try determine where to send the items back?

A recent case involving eBay Seller worldshiping12699 and eBay Buyer BarryX is presented to demonstrate the problems.

Call To Victims Of Fake Flash Seller takeme2home – Did You Send Items back To This Address?

Posted by KittyFireFlash on April 22, 2009

takeme2home is an eBayer seller id that has a long history of trafficking in fake and counterfeit USB Flash Drives, Memory Cards and MP Players. Detected in June 2008 takeme2home was forced into fake flash retirement.

Don of Fake Flash known under the former flag ship id 3totrade was chased from eBay by members. eBayers and SOSFakeFalsh continued round up his other id’s. One by one. He took the takeme2home id out of retirement and pressed into full fake flash selling duties.

SOSFakeFlash was patiently waiting for this id to return and on April 10th, 2009 published this alert:

takeme2home Ebay Fake Flash Seller High Alert – Hong Kong – Another eBay Seller Id Of The Don Of Fake Flash In The Orient

Ebay victims began arriving. Address information received added and linked this suspected id to the Don’s arsenal.

Now victims are going through the usual mindless PayPal emailing robots to return the fake flash items. Some caved in, breaking the postal laws in their countries and sent the items back. Did they get a refund? If you examine feedback, it seems that victims did not. In the past the Don Of Fake Flash flash has pulled similar tricks – a bad return address. He did this with the pengsoloshow ebay seller id. It is very likely he is doing it now with the takeme2home id.

Has PayPal ordered YOU to return the items to this address?

C/O LEE TAT FURNITURE & HOUSEWARE PLAZA
SHOP 3-B G/F TAK BO GARDEN, 3 NGAU TAU KOK ROAD
Hong Kong

Are you a person who sent an item to this address and then had the seller id claim it was never received? Please contact us at sosfakeflashdrive@gmail.com

The original shipping address from Kong Kong was:

Lei Sio Hong

Room 1921, HengFung House,
Heng On Estate,
Shatia, Hongkong

The oringal adddress in China was:

Zhong Lisha(TH)

32B, XiaoFeng Building ,
YouYi Road, Luohu District,
Shenzhen, 518002
Guangdong Province
China

As we have said many times, please do not send fake and counterfeit flash nand technology items back to the counterfeiters. Make sure to get PayPal on record with email evidence demanding this. The fact it they know better, but their email robots don’t.

Please see the recent comments on PayPal, there is more information and contact numbers you can call.

and the general link given to sort out PayPal call numbers. PayPal People are reported to have more good sense these days then their robots.

If you are a victim of takeme2home and you sent the item to the furniture store address and did not get a refund – CALL PAYPAL! Forget about any time window claims, insist on your refund. If you paid by credit card, call the credit card company to initiate a reversal. Make a complaint to eBay as well.
