sunfeixia2009 eBay Fake Memory Seller And fortunefa886999. Is There A Connection Between These eBay Id’s?

Posted by KittyFireFlash on February 22, 2010

sunfeixia2009 is a documented seller of fake flash memory cards. On January 30th, 2010, SOSFakeFlash issued the following alert: sunfeixia2009 Ebay Fake Flash Memory Seller Alert – China. 32GB SD SDHC Flash Memory Card 32G Secure Digital

According to DragonDakel’s team at FakeMemorySentinel there appears to be a strong possibility that sunfeixia2009 and fortunefa886999 are one and the same. Is this true? See fortunefa886999 eBay Flash Memory Seller China – Test Immediately For Advertised Capacity

For sunfeixia2009, SOSFakeFlash has one address on file:

zhiheng zhou

1A-24i Yujing Huacheng,Futian District,
Shenzhen City,Guangdong Prov,
China,518000

Do you have other addresses for sunfeixia2009 on your mailing envelopes or received from eBay or PayPal? Did you buy a memory card from fortunefa886999 and did it fail testing with H2testw? We need to hear from you, please send in your addressing information and test results using the Report A Fake tab.

We need to answer the question, is sunfeixia2009 and fortunefa886999 part of a memory card counterfeit ring operating on eBay?

sunfeixia2009 is still selling despite the alert issued in late January. It is important for all victims to report in and also to contact other victims who left positive feedback. Do not expect eBay to stop sunfeixia2009 from selling. Victims stop a seller, not eBay. SOSFakeFlash has two years of data to show that a seller is suspended when frauded buyers act together. If they don’t a seller just continues to fraud.

A recent example is the case of xprodeal, read xprodeal Ebay Members Battle Fake Flash Memory Seller Using Private Auction Listings. A Long History Of Fraud. eBay Looks The Other Way. When a group of frauded victims, with mighty hearts joined together, xprodeal, a powerseller using private auctions was no match. They suspended him!

You will enjoy the comments on xprodeal left in xprodeal Ebay Fake Flash Seller Alert – China. Some are quiet funny, some have dark humour and a few sum up the problem on eBay. It shows the power of one, becoming the power of many. That is how a fake flash memory seller is stopped!

When eBay members do not act, you have a situation such as obamastores. Read: obamastores Ebay Fake Flash Seller Alert – China. This seller has been frauding since October 2009. Unfortunately few victims have the courage to fight back or report in to SOSFakeFlash. As a result he continues to fraud, as the active id in the 3totrade counterfeit ring. Sad but true.

Will you allow sunfeixia2009 to continue? Can you help validate if fortunefa886999 is connected?

Call To Victims Of Fake Flash Seller takeme2home – Did You Send Items back To This Address?

Posted by KittyFireFlash on April 22, 2009

takeme2home is an eBayer seller id that has a long history of trafficking in fake and counterfeit USB Flash Drives, Memory Cards and MP Players. Detected in June 2008 takeme2home was forced into fake flash retirement.

Don of Fake Flash known under the former flag ship id 3totrade was chased from eBay by members. eBayers and SOSFakeFalsh continued round up his other id’s. One by one. He took the takeme2home id out of retirement and pressed into full fake flash selling duties.

SOSFakeFlash was patiently waiting for this id to return and on April 10th, 2009 published this alert:

takeme2home Ebay Fake Flash Seller High Alert – Hong Kong – Another eBay Seller Id Of The Don Of Fake Flash In The Orient

Ebay victims began arriving. Address information received added and linked this suspected id to the Don’s arsenal.

Now victims are going through the usual mindless PayPal emailing robots to return the fake flash items. Some caved in, breaking the postal laws in their countries and sent the items back. Did they get a refund? If you examine feedback, it seems that victims did not. In the past the Don Of Fake Flash flash has pulled similar tricks – a bad return address. He did this with the pengsoloshow ebay seller id. It is very likely he is doing it now with the takeme2home id.

Has PayPal ordered YOU to return the items to this address?

C/O LEE TAT FURNITURE & HOUSEWARE PLAZA
SHOP 3-B G/F TAK BO GARDEN, 3 NGAU TAU KOK ROAD
Hong Kong

Are you a person who sent an item to this address and then had the seller id claim it was never received? Please contact us at sosfakeflashdrive@gmail.com

The original shipping address from Kong Kong was:

Lei Sio Hong

Room 1921, HengFung House,
Heng On Estate,
Shatia, Hongkong

The oringal adddress in China was:

Zhong Lisha(TH)

32B, XiaoFeng Building ,
YouYi Road, Luohu District,
Shenzhen, 518002
Guangdong Province
China

As we have said many times, please do not send fake and counterfeit flash nand technology items back to the counterfeiters. Make sure to get PayPal on record with email evidence demanding this. The fact it they know better, but their email robots don’t.

Please see the recent comments on PayPal, there is more information and contact numbers you can call.

and the general link given to sort out PayPal call numbers. PayPal People are reported to have more good sense these days then their robots.

If you are a victim of takeme2home and you sent the item to the furniture store address and did not get a refund – CALL PAYPAL! Forget about any time window claims, insist on your refund. If you paid by credit card, call the credit card company to initiate a reversal. Make a complaint to eBay as well.

Posted by KittyFireFlash on April 22, 2009

leadingstore an eBay Seller id controlled by the Don of Fake Flash in the Orient has deregistered. No more selling of fake mp players, fake usb flash drives, fake memory cards!

No one will miss leadingstore. However we have a strong suspicion as to why this old id was been retired. The news is dark.

All we can say right now is that current addressing information is needed on all ebay fake flash sellers. We are looking for addresses on envelopes, addresses given to you when a seller wants you to return the item, addresses given by Paypal to return items to and any addresses you find in eBay directories for sellers. If you chose to leave seller addresses on articles you can at the SOSFakeFlash website, provided it is on an Alert for the seller in question – otherwise we ask you sent the information to sosfakeflashdrive@gmail.com (see the report a fake tab at the SOSFakeFlash website).

The Don Of Fake Flash has done enough damage to eBayers, in fact it what started this Project!

Whatcools – Suspended For Private Auctions- eBay Fake Flash Seller

Posted by KittyFireFlash on September 27, 2008

Whatcools is an eBay seller with a history of Counterfeit merchandise selling. SOSFakeFlash identified this seller as part of a counterfeit ring. When eBayers began leaving negative feedback to warn other eBayers of counterfeit falsh drives, whatcools responded by switching to Private Auctions. It was an attempt to avoid further detection or damage to his score as eBayers reported the truth in his feedback.

Using Private Auctions is an abuse of eBay’s definition of what qualifes for a private auction listing as used by whatcools. It was to hide the evidence from eBay and eBayers. As of September 24th, 2008 Whatcools is no longer selling any fake flash drives. Whatcools is no longer listing anything for sale! How did this happen?

PayPal Shields EBay Fake Flash Seller 3ToTrade – Odyssey of FlashDad

Posted by KittyFireFlash on September 14, 2008

Paypal – deaf and dumb, this is the conclusion of eBayers claiming against fraudulent sellers of usb fake flash drives on eBay. Are there any real employees at PayPal? eBayers are assulted by email templating from mindless robotic emailers. They suspect that those clicking on the templates to select responses have an IQ no greater than 10. This is astonishing and very hard to believe. Is technology overuling common sense in a effort to save pennies?

We have reviewed too many communications sent to eBayers and have one conclusion – those operating the dispute console have no room to use their intelligence – the robotic templates control.

The language which follows is for mature audiences only. SOSFakeFlash will not censor the emotions of those frustrated by PayPal, eBay or Fake Flash Sellers. We do code the identity of those who come forward and will remove information which leads to personal identificaton.

Presented is the story of FlashDad, who followed procedure and filed a claim at PayPay, naively believing there was something called “Buyer Protection“.
