Toward A Fake Flash Drive Free World – No More Counterfeits – No More Data Loss

superselleryee88 Ebay Fake Flash Seller High Alert Deregistered – Hong Kong – eBay Punishes Members for Warning Others And Hides The Fake Flash Seller

Posted by KittyFireFlash on May 1, 2009

superselleryee88 was an eBay seller of Counterfeit (Fake) Flash USB drives. He also sold many MP Players. Based in Hong Kong superselleryee88 sold more than 2500+ items. superselleryee88 began his career with MP Players and finished with usb flash drives.

As news spread on fake mp players, superselleryee88 switched to massive listings for fake usb flash drives. eBay fake flash angels went to work.

How did eBay respond?

To erase the truth. Instead of contacting buyers to warn them, eBay did two things: deregister the seller so all information on listings would disappear and punish an eBay member who wrestled with eBay to get them to stop the seller.

Odd behavior? For eBay this is typical behavior, normal. If you bought an item from this seller test it immediately! If you confirm false capacity, race to Paypal immediately to file a claim against superselleryee88. Just because eBay removed the evidence, it does not prevent you from claiming!

eBay once again demonstrated having no interest protecting it’s members – only to avoid responsibility. Actions taken against those who warn eBay make it clear. Unfortuantely this attitude is the wrong approach to addressing the issue, it incites ebay members. It shocks their sense of justice. It creates creates determination.

By attacking those who try to help address the problem instead of scammers and fraudsters who engage in selling these dangerous false capacity items, eBay only makes things worse – for eBay.

Currently, the Fake Flash Angel whose wings were torn off by eBay is undergoing a feather transplant. A little rest is probably needed. The wings will return.

Meanwhile, SOSFakeFlash is having difficultly restraining eBay members from turning to a darker side that exists in this fake flash war. Unlike Fake Flash Angels, Fake Flash Commandos engage in a bidding frenzy against a fake flash seller’s listings and then run. SOSFakeFlash will NOT endorse this behavior. We do understand what can drive people to this. Despite vicious behavior from eBay, SOSFakeFlash thinks Fake Flash Angel duty is the prefered path. New fake flash angels are needed. Do help out. Only YOU can put a stop to this, don’t expect eBay or PayPal to do it for you.

The commandoes could get themselves in a lot of trouble like that. Apart from anything else the fraudsters could retaliate by giving an unpaid item strike. Seems like a bad idea to me – far better to contact buyers and ask them to test their drives.

This is terrible – don’t think I’ll be buying anything with flash memory on ebay! Thanks for a very informative blog.
