eBay Victims do not leave positive Feedback or change FB to positive to get refunds!

Posted by techchips on June 12, 2009

SOSFakeFlash monitors feedback on fake flash sellers. We are NOT happy to see people change their feedback to neutral or positive to get a refund! Why?

Because YOU become part of the problem instead of the solution! If you do this, you just create more victims. Is this what you want? How did you like your fake flash experience?

The information available at this site is because eBay victims stood up for their principals. Ethics. Many of the early victims never saw a refund from PayPal. You have this site because of their sacrifice on your behalf. Do Not betray them. They stood up for you.

We have a very poor opinion of anyone who changes their feedback to get a refund. We understand that money is hard to earn. The people who work in the FrankenFlash Project are volunteers and they receive no pay for their efforts on your behalf. Not even a percentage on your “refunds”! They work for free.

By caving into to a fake flash seller you are victimized again and you victimize future ebay buyers. Decide if you are man or mouse. If you are a mouse, don’t bother contacting us. These sites are for people who believe in honesty, justice and who have integrity. They don’t compromise. They fight and if need be are willing to pay the price. If you are a victim and left positive feedback, all hope is not lost. You have the right to leave follow up feedback and can tell the truth about your awful discovery! By leaving the calling card of “SOSFakeFlash” and “H2testw” in your follow up feedback you light the way for fellow victims to find Help!

Honesty rules here. All mice, please leave.

Fighters stay. People who have integrity remain. Put on your boxing gloves and do not let yourself be taken for a ride by eBay, fake flash sellers, or Paypal! Fight!

    xman, yes it is.

It was meant to be. Not one word will be changed.

Are you saying that it is fine for people to say nice things about a fake flash seller in order to get a refund?

Why do you think so many people fall victim to a fake flash seller. They all looked at the sellers score, they saw the nice feedback. They thought it was safe. Did they get the suprise of their life!

Why do you think we have to run these sites? Do you think we don’t have anything better to do with our lives?

As I mentioned in the article – the data we have, the information we collected, the sellers we have brought down are because there are people out there who have ethics and principals. They fell on their swords! They left negative feedback to warn others and in some cases, never got a refund. Why did they do it? Do you think that they didn’t need or want their money back?

They did it because they cared enough about others, they didn’t want other people to experience what they did. THEY WANTED THE SELLER STOPPED! Read, STOPPED! They needed their money back like anyone else.

So xman, I think what was said was appropriate.

The facts are plain and the data is true. The only way to stop a fake flash seller is to leave NEGATIVE FEEDBACK – immediately! Their score goes done. Others see it. Often when people leave SOSFakeFlash in their feedback, it helps new victims to find us. They read up on the seller. They leave negative feedback. More negative feedback. The score drops. The seller is brought to the notice of eBay. The seller is stopped by eBay because they can no longer ignore the feedback.

    It is that simple.

Fake Flash Sellers Quake at negative feedback, it means their days are numbered.

We have quiet a few members of the team on leave. It makes it rough for the rest of us. Do you know why they are on leave? Because they are disgusted by people who revise their feedback to get a refund. Why Bother?

To use the information at our sites to get a refund and then meekly revise feedack, in my personal opinion is the worse. Worse then a fake flash seller, worse then a victim who resells his fake on ebay.

People who revise their feedback to positive or even neutral just help to make this problem go on and on and on! They create new victims. So they are mice. And as I said in the article…all mice please leave! Don’t read our articles and don’t use our information to get a refund. If you want to scr*w other ebay members who are also victims – LEAVE THIS SITE!

This site is for people who have ethics. Intigrity. Who believe in honesty and justice. Who are willing to stand up for principals and who will not let themselves be taken for a ride.

We are not interested in helping people who engage in situational ethics.

I am not just mentioning my personal opinions but the views of everyone who works in the frankenflash project.

Can you trust Ebay Feedback or DSRs?

Based on other comments on this blog numerous people have given positive feedback to obtain a refund. Doing this undermines the value of the feedback system and implies that you should ignore seller’s positive ratings when purchasing on EBay.

Some sellers pump up their positive ratings by selling large numbers of inexpensive items for the cost of postage or less. This is how some sellers obtain power seller status and build credibility to enable them to sell fakes. They also do this to maintain a high DSR and offset the penalty associated with negative feedback.

I noticed in one sellers feedback that he sold 300+ Stylus Touch Pen For Nintendo for less than a $1. After obtaining power seller status the seller went on to sell 400+ flash drives. There are numerous other doing variations of this theme, one popular item is skins for music players.

On EBay don`t trust positive feedback, look at feedback in detail and analyze it. If you see anything you do not like in either the positive or negative feedback do not buy from that seller.

    Some internet articles:

    http://scams.flipshark.com/safefeedback.html

What feedback can you trust? Only the negative and the fake flash sellers know this.
