A Victim reported:
I confronted seller with the explicit 5 year warranty statement made on his auction site … He mentioned that he checked the item before he shipped it. I knew that was a lie since the item was in an unopened plastic box. I needed a box cutter to open it. First he tried to blame me for using it wrong etc. and when I mentioned it is a fake and I will report him he stoped responding. I filed an ebay and paypal complaint … after that he offered me $30.00 to withdraw the complaints. I refused. I paid $51.00 total and I requested full reimbursement.
Paypal requested a statement from a 3rd party that the item is a fake which I got from a friend who owns a computer business.
