Currently offering 16GB drives with 33 listings active daily. If you bought a drive from dengkimz you should test the drive immediately. Do not store any important data on the drive unless you can confirm you have received the advertised capacity.

top789988 has been identified as an eBay seller of Counterfeit usb flash drives. Over 300+ flash drives in 8GB and 16Gb between September 2nd, 2008 and October 15th, 2008 have been sold. The 8GB drive investigated had a true capacity of only 1GB. top789988 refunded the eBayer immediately in full without arguement – it was not necessary to file a dispute with PayPal.

This seller is currently trying to hide from further detection by switching to private auctions and is violating eBay’s Policies for auctions under this category.

onion.ginger has been identified as an eBay seller of Counterfeit usb flash drives. A new seller as of September 4th, 2008, onion.ginger currently offers 8 different flash drive models. SOSFakeFlash has reviewed the listing descriptions and photos, they appear the same as for other sellers where fakes have been detected. The Model reported and investigated was a 512MB fake.

Anyone who has purchased a flash drive from onion.ginger should test immediately with H2testw 1.4 to ensure it is the true advertised capacity. Data should not be stored until and until the flash drive passes testing for advertised capacity.

In August to September 2008, approximately 250 to 300+ drives were sold for a 16GB model, a classic older fake model. If you bought a drive from this seller you need to test immediately and file a claim with PayPal before this fake flash seller runs for the hills!

lucky_shop898 is an eBay seller of Counterfeit usb flash drives. This seller recently switched product lines to selling fake flash. SOSFakeFlash is not certain if this seller understands he is selling Fake Flash! The responses to negative feedback indicates he does not. This kind of seller can be difficult to deal with – he thinks you are trying to rob him, when in fact he is damaging you with data loss and money loss.

Alarming is the number of drive models offered. We have 11 in our database from 8 GB to 16 GB. As of October 3rd, 2008 approximately 270+ drives have been sold to unsuspecting eBayers. If you bought a drive from this seller, test immediately!

itchee98 is an eBay seller of Counterfeit usb flash drives. He is still actively selling fake flash drives. 24 eBayers become fake flash victims each day. A powerseller who deals in volume, estimated to have sold thousands of fake flash items ranging from 8GB to 32GB going back to November 2007 he engages in hit and run behavior. SOSFakeFlash believes that this seller never sold a true capacity drive.
