I went as far as contacting Kingston hotline to vent my disappointment and the operator was kind enough to take my details and I may even get contacted by a technical expert to discuss further.

It’s just so sad that these scrupulis sellers deal in rubbish…..oh I forgot, they themselves are rubbish.
