aluckywinson is busy again selling fakes! Please make the effort to warn other buyers who left postive feedback for aluckywinson.

27 revised feedbacks. What does this mean?

Extortion. eBay buyers caved in to get their money back and sucked up to aluckywinson. It is why you are now a victim.

Decide. As a victim you need to fight back. You are a victim because somebody thought getting their money back was more important then future victims. How do you feel about this?

FakeMemorySentinel issued a warning in May 2010.

People continue to be frauded by /because eBay members do not warn other members for aluckywinson.

When eBay members decide to fight a powerseller, he is soon suspended. Will you allow aluckywinson to continue frauding?

I bought a MP3 player last May that turned out to be garbage. The sellers ebay name was tenda09. This was in fact:-
    Lee Man Fung(TD)
    Room 18G,
    Block 5,
    Youyi Building,
    Janshe Lu,
    Luo Hu District,
    Shenzhen 518013

When I reported the item as not working Lee Man Fung offered to replace the MP3 player if I returned the original. The replacement never arrived. Neither eBay nor Paypal would pursue the case against tenda09 because their time limit was exceeded. So I have lost my money and have no course of redress.

Thank you Raymond for reporting in with this address for Tenda09.

You just provided us with an important link, more clues, vital in our fraud detection.

Like many buyers, you trusted a skilled fake flash memory seller. The opphys “must be defective” story, please send for a replacement is a standard tactic. The seller not only keeps the original sale but also gets to resell the returned item to another eBay member. Double profit!

It’s a hard and rotten lesson to learn. Ultimately eBay is the loser as consumer confidence declines. Most who have suffered your experience, tend to either leave eBay all together or reduce their bidding and buying.

The link above shows the original alert we issued on the seller. eBay knew what was going on and the seller id has been suspended. We suggest you contact them again and ask them to refund you. They do offer “courtesty” refunds to a lot of buyers who will just not go away and who have a case of being clearly wronged. They can not afford to continue loosing members to this fake flash memory scam on eBay.
