I ordered a WD 1TB external hard drive from ebay sell ID usbcarde. The product came from BJ EPAY at the PO box listed in all these complaints. I did not get the WD Hard Drive – but a silver US$1 coin..!!!!

I ordered 4 x WD 1TB external hard drive from ebay sell ID usbcarde. The product came from BJ EPAY at the PO box listed in all these complaints. I did not get the WD Hard Drive – I got a coin, a 1872 Peso. Which is probably a fake. I think they send out this junk to make people think they have something worth some money and in the hope that they cancell their ebay complaint. And it also gives proof to ebay that they sent an item (tracking number etc.)

As Trevor’s post, the same thing happened to me (ie purchased 2xWD 1TB external harddrives). I’ve escalated the case through eBay/PayPal. I assume the seller sent the coin (to people who lodged a case through eBay/PayPal) so that they could quote a tracking number (sneaky)…. I’ll see what comes of the claim….

As Trevor Sheahan, Beavan and AJL stated I also ordered a WD 1TB external hard drive from ebay sell ID usbcarde. The product came from BJ EPAY at the PO box listed in all these complaints. I did not get the WD Hard Drive – but a silver US$1 coin. I also ordered a 32gb SanDisk micro sd card, the card arrived however after testing it turns out to be a fake. Paypal dispute in process.

Ebay username West2cn is another alias for this scammer that selles counterfit fake items. Recieved a “32 gb” sandisk micro sd card from the same address. It was infact a 0.5 gb memory card.

I ordered 2 32gb micro SD cards, one in October and the other in November apparently from 2 different ebay sellers. Bouth products came from BJ EPAY at the PO box listed in all these complaints. I did not get the micro SD – but first a “silver” coin and second a ring. Paypal dispute in process for second transaction.

I have also lodged a claim with PayPal after purchasing a WD 1TB passport hard drive that eBay has taken down. I’ve just received a fake Chinese coin from BJ EPAY, P.O. Box No. 87348 To Kwa Wan Post. Paypal still hasn’t responded to my claim, and am just wondering if anyone else has gotten their money back?
Thanks.

Received a signed for bubble envelope an hour ago – signed for – supposedly containing number of 32 GB micro flash rams. In the envelope there was no message whatsoever. My “ram” had somehow been converted into a worthless plastic bracelet. I have escalated this issue to ebay today. How can he be selling through ebay? He is a disgrace to his trade. Yes we are talking about BJ EPAY P.O.BOX NO. 87348. Stay away from this person!

I also just received a US Dollar coin 1871 in a bubble envelope from BJ EPAY – This seller is trading under so many different names – I purchased exercise equipment from singleman from ebay and he was delisted – I put in a claim to paypal and received a refund.
yingran pei is the name the refund came from, I have also seen the same exercise equipment on ebay under another name (ab circle pro for $49.95 Refurbished)
Its a pity this person can keep scamming people.
BJ EPAY P.O.BOX NO. 87348 TO KWA WAN Post ofice.

I bought a “Western Digital My Passport Essential SE 1 TB USB 2.0” on the 6th February 2011 from Ebay seller ID “single.man199” aka “yingran pei”, email “single.man066@hotmail.com”.
Till date, I’ve yet to receive the item, I’ve just lodge a report to PayPal, I’ll see what they have to say about it, seeing this forum is more than enough to prove that this seller and his/her associates are SCAMMERS, a FRAUDS.
I hope Ebay would take note and legal action on this seller.

I also purchased an Ab Circle pro for $49.98 from singleman066@hotmail.com.I never got the machine,Filed a claim and the day pay pal gave me my money back from yingran pei he sent me a 1884 US dollar from BJ EPAY P.O.BOX NO. 87348 TO KWA WAN Post office..Now hes disputed it saying that it got delivered so I need to pay him again for it.Really??? This time I called and told them what I received and they had to open the case back up for the third time.It amazes me that this guy is getting away with this…But hes got it all wrong if he thinks hes getting anything else from me but his coin back.
