SOSFakeFlash Quik Note 20100510

Posted by KittyFireFlash on May 10, 2010

  • eBay Fake Flash Memory Seller lists have been updated. Lists are incomplete, we are working hard to catch up. More than 1100+ are recorded. Remember the list is in two parts.
  • Future lists will be published once a month at SOSFakeFlash.
  • Interim updates will be published at FlashChipTech.
  • Report A Fake Tab is a new version, it contains a subpage Report A Fake 2008-2010 (April). The change is to make it easier for people who leave comments. The previous page had more than 400+.

    1100 sellers? What the f*ck! 🙄

Anybody with balls? Fight the scammers. 😈 LET THEM FEEL YOUR PAIN. Want your money back, just say you never received the shit.

    Hi Seth,

You can expect the number to increase. eBay members just do not get the message.

Times are hard economically. People do not understand the cost of flash memory chips.

Naive people think they are going to get a bargain on eBay.

    They should read this comment:

Tips On Searching Internet For Current Flash Memory Prices

Honest seller have tried to remove the scammers. What does eBay do?

Say thank you, thank you and of course does nothing. Nothing new in that.

It’s all about money, the listing fees. eBay does not really care about members.

We need to keep up the pressure and make the fake flash memory sellers lives hell. The same for eBay.

If anyone find this site, do your part. Fight for your refund and warn a few buyers for your seller.

We are very grateful to people like you and others who are FakeFlashCommandos. At this point SOSFakeFlash has one thing to say to people. Do what ever it takes to get rid of the scammers.

It’s open war now. So much fraud. So many victims. It makes us sick. The good news is eBay can’t squirm away anymore.

Yes we need people with the ability to fight back, however they choose.

As for a person saying they did not receive the item(s). Well we need evidence and people reporting in. If the seller is already on our lists, we don’t really care anymore what people do. Since there is a zero tolerance policy, so long as we have one victim on file that is good enough for us. To warn people we need a victim on file so we can release an alert.

It is a strange fact that eBay is more sensitive to people not receiving merchandise then for people to claim they got a fake capacity item.

    So…

If there is an alert here documented, we no longer care what people choose to do. It’s too dirty a scam.

In memory of the pioneers of this site, do them honour. Most never received a refund, now you have a better chance. Get your refund. DEMAND IT. Contact a few buyers for your seller as a thank you for finding this site. Warn them.

We see that negative feedback warming others with SOSFakeFlash + H2testw leads to the sellers doom. It cascades.

So we agree with you Seth.

Fight the scam artists any way you can. They do not play fair. eBay does not play fair, so why should you?

Too many honest sellers on eBay can’t make a living thanks to the fraudulent sellers for flash memory products.

I bought a fake flash ‘8gb slim fm mp3’ drive from yuanhuaii on ebay and after opening a dispute he offered to refund and offered more money if I left positive feedback. I said I’d leave appropriate feedback after a refund. He fully refunded me and I left feed back at http://feedback.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback2&userid=yuanhuaii&ftab=AllFeedback&myworld=true and now he’s no longer registered. I also don’t see the ‘slim’ mp3 players listed any more 🙂
