A victim of foxtreesoftware tried to communicate with the seller and was eventually refunded. foxtreesoftware however continued to sell the 128GB false capacity flash sticks.

foxtreesoftware explained the victim was upset because he, foxtreesoftware was selling them cheaper. foxtreesoftware is not a newbie seller, but has been on eBay since Dec-07-01 and knows the tricks to strike back since sellers are no longer able to leave negative feedback for buyers, it is called a positive negative:

If you are buying in the United States please use a reputable internet site such as newegg.com to gauge the current prices for 128 GB flash drives.
The victim of foxtreesoftware is not a trouble maker, but an unsung hero in the fight against the selling of fake memory on eBay. If the problem is to stop, more buyers need to take a stand and do what is right for everyone’s sake.
foxtreesoftware demonstrates the worst attributes in an eBay seller and probably has the fake flash sellers in the Orient laughing at him – they at least know exactly what they are selling, while foxtreesoftware did not.
