If You left Positive Feed Back For A Fake Flash Memory Seller. Can You Change It?

Posted by KittyFireFlash on December 30, 2009

If You left Positive Feed Back For A Fake Flash Memory Seller. Can You Change It? No, you can not. But you still have a voice! You are allowed to do follow up feedback! How?

You can add to your feedback. It is called follow up feedback. You can state that the item you purchased was false capacity! It is not as strong as a negative but it does count against a seller. Especially if it is recent! It helps others to know the truth!

If you bought a lot of items from a seller and felt you had no choice to leave positive feedback to get a refund, you still have the last word.

Yes! After your refund you can do follow up feedback. You can say the seller blackmailed you! Forced you to change your feedback. There is nothing a seller can do, if you report the truth with follow up feedback! Ha! Ha! This is your opportunity to strike back. It is your opportunity to tell the truth. To make a comment that nobody can remove! It becomes a record for all time. It stays with a seller forever!!!!!!

eBay may remove listings when they suspend a seller. But suspended sellers do come back. This is especially true for POWERSELLERS. By leaving follow up feedback you make sure that the sellers fraudulent activities are on record. Forever.

Nobody can stop you. You have the last word!

DonaldYouDontBelieveFake Flash memory sellers hate SOSFakeFlash. Why? It ruins their sales, it exposes the truth and soon they are suspended. They are afraid of us and will do anything. Don’t belive us?

Yes, they offer bribes. They increase the bribe price. Anything and everything to get you to shut up!

Multiple Purchases From An eBay Fake Flash Seller

Bidding fever. We all get it on eBay. It can be fun.

If you buy mpx players, memory cards or usb flash drives on eBay, bidding fever is deadly. You might buy from one seller or many in a short period of time. Of course almost every item will turn out to be fake capacity. Then the nightmare begins….

A lot of people discover they bought fakes after having left positive feedback. Some learn from an internet search and find themselves led to SOSFakeFlash. Others are the lucky ones, sent a warning message from another eBay member to test their items for real capacity.

How Can YouSting Back Most Effectively With Your Follow Up Feedback Or Negative Feedback?

If you bought several items from the fraudulent seller:

  • Leave feedback individually for a single item listing. Do not do follow up feedback as a group.
  • Do not leave all follow up feedback or feedback on the same day or time. Just do one of the items each day.
  • Leave a slightly different comment for each item. Perhaps: “Test with H2testw”, “google SOSFakeFlash”, etc

If you separate and stagger your follow up feedback or negative feedback over several days, it gets embedded between incoming positives. It is better. Some sellers list in high volume. By separating your feedback over several days, you can help warn more effectively.

If you bought over several weeks, you might have left positive for the first items and feel you can’t leave negative for the new ones arriving. Wrong, you can. To show an even record, just add follow up feedback to your previous positive. In fact, it makes the case against the seller even stronger. It also encourages other buyers to do the same.

You can have the last word. Maximize it’s power, stagger your feedback per item over several days or even a week if you still have time in your 60 window.

Use multiple followup feedbacks to tell your story and warn others about dealing with a seller a fake flash drives. More people may read a feedback entry with multiple entries.

Also, check back to see how the seller responds and don’t let the seller have the last word.

    Excellent idea RLC.

This article will be modified to add more information on how to do this strategically.

Victims tend to buy more than one item over a short period of time. Many buy from the same seller in a bidding frenzy spanning a week or two.

Several members of the team did exactly that – bidding frenzy of joy – turned into fake flash hell after the items began arriving and failing.

Being hammered for a few weeks with arriving fakes can end up very constructive. The lesson never forgotten. The motivation to fight back increased.

That is a great idea, but ebay doesn’t allow me to do that.

It only gives me one opportunity to do a followup, then the button changes from ‘Follow up’ and clickable, to ‘Followed up’ and non-clickable.

If the seller responds, then I can followup again.

Is there another way to do it?

    Thanks.

    Just did a test.

You CAN do a followup on feedback for a seller who is ‘no longer a registered user’!

    You can Red?

Would you mind documenting it? How? And send it in? Busy with InspectorTech at the moment. They are working on coding for the db.

Leaving feedback for a seller suspended or who ran from eBay is something all victims are itching to do.

This is a high priority item, Red. Urgent too.

If you could give a helping hand it would be very much appreciated. In fact without spilling the beans, it is in line with something InspectorTech’s group is working on right now!

    Kitty,

I’ll write it up and send it via email. This is FOLLOWUP to feedback that was previously left before the suspension. Only works if feedback, presumably positive was left prior.

Not aware of InspectorTech’s current project. Will research later.

Feedback issue being observed by the project.

What gives? Are the scammers hypnotizing people or what? People are leaving “faulty” in fb. Not funny. Especially after sending in proof from H2testw . Bad news. It means more people are going to become victims. Is it to get a refund?

ebay sellers it seems now that when buyers chase them and scream FAKE FAKE FAKE are now selling the same stuff as “faulty”.

    Wake up people and read:

Faulty Flash Memory Chips – Are They Really Faulty Or Have They Been Hacked To Lie About Their Real Capacity?

any ebay seller who pulls this stunt? Read: Beware eBay Listings Using “Faulty” To Advertise USB Flash Drives, Memory Cards Or MP Players. 8GB 16GB 32GB 64GB 128GB 256GB Fake Memory. Digitally Altered To Lie About Real Capacity!

You can report a seller who sings faulty in a listing. sosfakeflash will nail his or her ass for selling you the fake crap.

Please don’t be so stupid as to think you can repair a “faulty” item. Go see inspectortech’s site, that will wake you up. Why pay 3x the price for a fake chip then spend hours and hours and hours trying to make it it’s real size…. 2GB or 4GB.

sosfakeflash says, nobody is reporting a chip size bigger than 4GB these days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

128GB for 30 bucks? Consider yourself lucky if you get 4GB!

Kitty, my comment is longer that yours….
