clicktoblue is an eBay seller of Counterfeit (Fake – false capacity) Flash USB drives. Registered in the United States, clicktoblue sold many fakes during the spring of 2009:

Unfortunately American buyers were too slow to figure out they had purchased false capacity pensticks. Most believed this seller. The damage clicktoblue did to consumers could have been prevented if more eBay members patroled for sellers in the United States. Active monitoring is very weak in the USA for fake flash sellers according to the FrankenFlash Project.
