I am in the same situation, just won a 32GB and a 16GB Ainol V9000HDA PMP and now I read this, I don’t know what to make of it, they were so inexpensive that I might take the risk. I am awaiting other people feedback before I actually pay him. Sounds like a scam already though because Ainol doesn’t even make a 32GB version!

i recently paid for 12 mp players from various members of the sunyou gang. none of them have arrived 3 weeks on, and as i sent them a warning email about not sending fakes, i don’t expect them to. i had a similar experience with micro sd cards earlier in the year – i paid with a warning email and the items simply never turned up, and so i got a refund.
what’s interesting is that best-ebay-sell and best-phone-sell now have zero items for sale on ebay uk. e-bay-wei has no mp players left on auction, they’re all up for buy it now. i wonder if they’ve given up?

I think these guys dont ship items if they are won at auction for a low price. I won 6 different items from Andy-wjm and E-bay-wei and non arrived! Got fed the excuse of “it is on the way. probably delayed in customs. blaa blaa”
These people probably make their money by earning interest on money they have received and hold onto for 1 month before refunding!
Would it not be an idea if a group of people (mayhap the people posting here) to ensure we secure winning bids on alot of his items but just dont pay, and if/when questioned by ebay, explain everything to them.
It might not stop them but it will put a dent in their profits!

oh, we don’t have it, it’s difficult to get a receipt paypal from the post office with regular mail,
even it can get a little paper, it’s impossible for us to find it, as i informed you before,
we got thousands of packages everyday, and the shipping company got many Customers like us, so i really can’t image how many package they sent everyday, and the HongKont air mail usually do not have a receipt unless you send it with Registered package, the shipping with that will cost more than $20 if we sent one package Separate, it’s too much for the player, you know , so i don’t know how can i proof it….

All of them seem to be the same person, as I have mailed each one of them separately and “best-phone-sell” answered all of them.
Its been over a month and I’m still waiting, I told them I am would wait 2 more weeks, after that I’m filing 16 disputes.

I do not care if they are only hacked 2GB, which I know they are. But I just want them to arrive, so far it feels like he hasn’t posted them at all. Which seems to be the case now.

Seems like ANDY-WJM is no more, either they ripped all of us off and left or they were booted by ebay. Now I am out $15 :(, I opened a dispute today with paypal, hopefully I can get my money back. At least they cannot cheat anyone anymore!

Daxon, did you fund the purchases with a credit card? You might want to call them and ask for a reversal of funds. This is a clear case of fraud.
hello-9928 aka Andy-wjm has climbed very high here. So many people have been frauded by this seller id(s).
Do not let eBay or PayPal get away with it. The fact is we issued an alert back in August 2009. They are very much aware of member complaints and they have absolutely no excuse.

I had just found this site after I read the feedback on hello-9928, somebody suggested to google andy-wjm. I am very pissed off. Not because I’m out on money, which was only $7, but the point is that ebay has not protected its buyers. I paid for my item on June 22. Today, after finding this site and another, I have opened a dispute with ebay and paypal, and esculated the paypal dispute to a claim. They say to give them up to 20 days to contact the seller, YEAH RIGHT! I think that ebay should monitor what is being posted and when one item is spammed the way his was the account should be canceled immediatly. They are supposed to protect the buyers from things like this and they have done nothing besides tell you to go to the resolution center and wait..and wait..and wait some more. Bull $#*T. Well just wanted to voice my opion.

surely you can just file a paypal dispute and get the money back that way? they claim to pretty much guarantee it.
luckily, i got a full refund from best-ebay-sell for 9 items a couple of days before he went pop. i’m still waiting on the paypal disputes for 3 items from best-phone-sell and ebay-wei, a total of about £4, which should be resolved before the weekend as their time will be up.
i’m a bit disappointed that i only noticed these auctions so late on, when they’d actually stopped sending them out. even a 2gb player would have been better than nothing…

Yesterday I got the refund notice from Paypal, after they received no answer from andy-wjm for a certain time.
So I need not to get the money back from my credit card account.
But it really is amazing how the feedbacks turned red from one day to the other like an avalanche and burried that guy.

I had opened 3 paypal disputes (all from andy-wjm) about 2 weeks ago and just received a full refund from paypal. I just wanted to thank everyone from this site for there help.Definitely will not make the same mistake again.
