mick1880 is an eBay seller of Counterfeit (Fake) Flash USB drives. Registered in the United Kingdom, mick1880 counterfeit and false capacity Kingston DataTraveler 100 – DT100/16GB usb flash drives. mick1880 also sold DataTraveler G2 usb flash drives and a generic model. This seller used multiple item listings and private auctions to hide what he was up to. Only usb pen sticks were sold under private auctions – a clear indication mick1880 knew EXACTLY what he was selling!

Here is a definite confirmation of my fake capacity, counterfeit received today from seller mick1880.
From the outset I was pretty sure it was going to be fake. Price was too low and listing was private. I presumed the listing was private to hide the sales of the Kingstons. Perhaps not.The packaging was not a proper blister pack, just a printed cardboard (same as picture in listing)with a plastic insert which was easily opened and closed again from the front, a bit like a processor plastic box from intel. There were no serial numbers for verifying with Kingston on the back of the package.
There was no address sent with the drive either, just a plain, large brown, standard (non-padded) envelope with 1st class “Large” stamp. The address was hand written in neat capital letters.
The post mark just says Nottingham as in the listing. The only contact info is the e-mail for the seller which is mmann@hotmail.co.uk.
The drive was supplied with starview files on the drive with the option of choosing eurovox pre-purchase.
I opened up a dispute in Resolution Centre with the option of asking for refund from seller for the full purchase price.
I followed this up immediately by leaving a negative feedback for the seller, highlighting what was purchased for others to see.
Immediately after leaving the negative I checked my e-mails and found I had been refunded in full in less than 5 minutes total and case closed.
The seller followed up with the message below through ebay messaging system. I have no reason to reply as my feedback says all I need to say.

The testing results from H2testw are not being published so victims may independently test and confirm their results. We can say it was one of the worst Kingston counterfeit false capacity usb flash drives on record that would actually hold ANY data at all.
