This seller has FINALLY become deregistered from ebay!!!

    This is good news!

However, despite what we have on file, sosfakeflash still does not have the seller’s addresses. We need them. Unfortunately, most people throw out the mailing envelopes.

We need urgentshipping2u addressing information! urgentshipping2u is probably part of a counterfeit ring we have on file. To make the connection we need the address information. Please help sosfakefake flash see https://sosfakeflash.wordpress.com/report-a-fake/ and send in the information for the databse.

Since the seller has been suspended, it is urgent that ebay members contact others for urgentshipping2u to warn them to test and file paypal disputes immediately!

Don’t let urgentshipping2u get away with fraud. Just because he is suspended, does not mean you can not file a PayPal claim. You can.

    Send us the addressing information!

I’ve filed a dispute, but paypal is asking me to send the items back. But, since I live in Australia, it is illegal for me to send items containing a lithium battery overseas via airmail (i bought an mp4 player).

I have sent a strong message to paypal regarding this and i’m waiting for a reply.

the address paypal gave me was:

    Building Caitian JufuGe 23F
Futian District South Road. Cai Tian
    shenzhen
    Guangdong
    518033
    China

Too bad I only searched the seller ID and found this site the day I received the item. I knew it was too good to be true. Running H2testw now (which is going to take very long, flash is VERY slow) to confirm fake flash. After this I’m going to file a complaint. Hope this won’t be a problem as the seller is unregistered now.

As for urgentshipping2u’s address, There’s only some Chinese characters on the envelope. If you want I can make a scan.

Thanks for all the good info on the site.

Is definitely fraud. 32GB cards are only 4GB as tested. Paypal asked to contact local authorities or told we will put story on Current Affair in Australia.

  6. KittyFireFlash said

    Hi Ostra58,

Please contact at sosfakeflashdrive@gmail.com and use the exact same email address as you used for this comment.

If you wish we will put out a call to those in Australia to contact you. It is only fair that you folks should be the ones to break the story to the news media.

    Do you know why?

Long before most of us had a clue about fake flash memory being sold on eBay or became victims of it, there was a lonely eBayer who fought the issue inside of eBay in your country. We eventually found this person and joined ranks. The rest is history and now sites exist to try and fight back.

If you wish to organize and hear from those in your country, write in to us.

We are grateful for all the help of eBay members in Australia who have and who are fighting back against eBay fake memory sellers. This problem has to be stopped. Too many people are being harmed and too many are suffering financial loss as well.

I bought a 32 gb card for my Canon T1i. Video card did not work for video at all. Ebay said to return the card so hopefully the above address is correct. I noticed urgentshipping2u was taken off ebay last week.
ebay said I would get a refund with paypal. it said…? Beware of any Chinese direct sales.

    This is so sad 😦
I also bought this cool 32GB MP4 player from urgentshipping2u and after 1 day of usage it stuck and keeps showing this welcome window.
Of course, before it got stuck, some files I copied got deleted or in-accessible. I didn’t thought of Counterfeit flash.

My problem is that I already filed a dispute because the seller got off eBay so I wanted my money back. Stupid me – I canceled it, as promised, because I received this faulty MP4 player. Now, according to Paypal laws, I can’t re-file a dispute :(( What easy 40$..

I checked the envelope and it doesn’t have his address on it.. Probably got scared or something..

I messaged Paypal about filing a second dispute and waiting for an answer. Also emailed eBay Customer Support and urgentshipping2u@gmail.com
Maybe he will be willing to help.

I couldn’t believe eBay/Paypal will leave us helpless against those criminals.

Paypal opened a new dispute of “item not as described”.
Now urgentshipping2u is willing to give me a refund if I send the item to:
FLAT C 11/F Xiao Fung Court, WAN FUNG GDN. YAU YEE ROAD, shenzhen, Guangdong, 518000, China

    Different address than Jason had.

I’m considering of sending the player in trackable shipping as Paypal recommends me to do. What do you advise me to do?
It seems like Paypal would return me my money if I supply them with a tracking number until 1/1/2010.

  10. KittyFireFlash said

    Snir,

Thank You! You have added another link. Did you receive a name for the person to send it back to?

You have just connected urgentshipping2u to three other id’s using this address.

  11. Snir said

    Hi KittyFireFlash,
What can I do? How can I get my money back?
Paypal is giving me a deadline to provide a tracking number. If I don’t provide a tracking number until 01/01/2009, the dispute will be closed to urgentshipping2u’s favour.
    I’m clueless and helpless.

  12. KittyFireFlash said

    Snir,

    Please escalate your claim.

    Write to

    complaint-response@pay pal.co.uk
    Europeanservices@pay pal.com
    service@pay pal.co.uk

If you can call PayPal and demand a supervisor.

Do not give in, do not think that No is an answer. If you paid with a credit card, call the company and explain what happened to you. Give them this site and the alert as a reference.

urgentshipping2u is part of the Zhuo Qiuge(PC) counterfeit ring operating on eBay.

The eBay id’s on file are:

    atttshop
    myseller8888
    pandachinchin
    urgentshipping2u

if the credit card company uses http://toolhaus.org/cgi-bin/negs and types in urgentshipping2u they will have plenty of supporting evidence besides your claim. Registered means suspended by eBay. Seller are suspended when they engage in fraudulent activities.

PayPal is very much aware of the fraud urgentshipping2u engaged in. They are hoping you will just give up. We, at SOSFakeFlash hope you will not!

As for now, paypal refunded my money half a day after I gave them a trackig number:
“We have completed our investigation of this case. We have confirmed delivery of the item you returned. You have received a refund of *** AUD for this claim. Any portion of your original payment that was funded with credit has been refunded directly to that credit line. Please allow 3 days for the refund to appear in your balance.”

    To all victims of urgentshipping2u:

This eBay id belongs to a counterfeit ring operating on eBay and had engaged in unbelievable fraud. Do not spare eBay or PayPal. Demand your refund. Warn others.

The addresses for urgentshipping2u on file are:

FLAT C 11/F Xiao Fung Court
WAN FUNG GDN. YAU YEE ROAD,
    shenzhen,
    Guangdong, 518000, China

    and

    Building Caitian JufuGe 23F
Futian District South Road. Cai Tian
    shenzhen
    Guangdong
    518033
    China

This id belongs to the counterfeit ring known as: Zhuo Qiuge(PC)

The ids in this ring on file are:

    atttshop
    myseller8888
    pandachinchin
    urgentshipping2u

eBay has no excuse for permitting this fraud. It is digusting! If you purchased with a credit card, consider contacting the company to do a reversal. PayPal will quickly deduct the funds from this id if they find the credit card company deducted the money from them!

Please warn other eBay members who left positive feedback. Despite this id being suspended you can fight back. We have preserved the information for you, even if eBay removed it.

Also write to eBay demanding they do something to protect members from fake memory flash items being sold on eBay. If you have a website document your fake and send the url to eBay to show you mean business.

2010 is approaching, to stop this problem eBay members need to become more aggressive, fight back any way you can!

    Hello,
I have read a little bit too late your blogs ….
I have bought a 16GB MP3 player touch screen in china to one vendor.
I have received the item but it was DOA ‘Dead on arrival’ (Blocked on Welcome screen doesn’t charge, …).
I have contacted several times the vendor and his final answer is to send back the device to the following adress at my own costs : ZhuoQiuGe(MM), FLAT C 11/F, Xiao Fung Court WAN FUNG GDN., YAU YEE ROAD 518001, ShenZhen, China
It is the same as defined n the posts above …
Thus, as I can verify the memory with software, I have to opened the device to verify : memory is Hynix H27UAG8T2ATR-BC .. and it is in reality a 2GB ..
Can I make a complain to paypal to be refunded or do I have to let it down ? How can I make it ?
Thanks in advance for your advice.

ok, just an update on my paypal dispute regarding a 32GB player that was only 4GB.

Since i live in australia, it’s illegal for me to send anything containing a lithium battery overseas via airmail. However, Paypal told me to send it back to the seller. I replied saying it was illegal. Paypal then told me to send it via seamail. However, Australia post does not provide the option of seamail to Asia Pacific. So i told this to PayPal. the case was then upgraded to ‘under review by paypal’, then ‘under review by case specialist’, and now it has been concluded in my favour.

I bought the player for $25.47, and urgentshipping2u gave me a $12 refund to fob me off. However, i persisted with paypal dispute, and paypal gave me a full refund of $13.47.

Here is the email i got:

    Hello Jason Lau,

We have concluded our investigation into your case and have decided in your
    favour.

We were able to recover $13.47 AUD, and this amount has been credited to
you. Please allow five business days for this adjustment to be posted.

If you are due any additional funds, we will make our best effort to
recover the balance from the seller.

If the seller’s account has insufficient funds to complete the refund owed
to you, please be assured that we will take appropriate action against the
seller’s account, which may include limitation of the seller’s account
    privileges.

    ———————————–
    Transaction Details
    ———————————–

    Seller’s Name:
    Seller’s Email: urgentshipping@gmail.com
    Seller’s Transaction ID: 69P09801S88094923

    Transaction Date: 22 Oct 2009
    Transaction Amount: -$25.47 AUD
    Your Transaction ID: 4MP46346SN023972P
    Case Number: PP-843-870-292

    Buyer’s Transaction ID: 4MP46346SN023972P

The amount has also appeared in my paypal balance. So, I think the best advice is NOT TO GIVE UP. Paypal WILL give you a refund, but you have to be persistent with your claim and constantly give then updates and remind them to act.

Kitty, you were asking about a name for this account. This is what I have for an email address for urgentshipping2u: lam YIN

    Jason, Way to fight!

D M D, below is a quote from the Paypal User Agreement, Section 13.4:

In the event a seller loses a Claim, the seller will not receive a refund on his or her PayPal or eBay fees associated with the transaction. If you lose a Significantly Not as Described Claim because the item you sold is counterfeit, you will be required to provide a full refund to the buyer and you will not receive the item back (it will be destroyed).

    Definition of counterfeit (from dictionary):
    made in imitation so as to be passed off fraudulently or deceptively as genuine; not genuine;
