It’s very interesting what this user specifically, and many users from China rea doing in order to get the negative feedback removed from their eBay accounts.

I purchased a 16GB SDHC card from best2all8888 and after claiming my money back via paypal for being a real 2GB SD card, I get a claim via ebay for non-paid article, when I had already paid for it and had already got refunded. But this is not all, then I receive an email directly from the seller offering me money, on top of the full refund I already had, to remove the feedback. This is the message I received.

    “Hello

Really sorry to see that we have to solve the problem by such bad solution
Could you be pleased help us remove the negative feedback?
You know its bad influce to a ebayer
After all,we`ve refunded to you at the first time once we got that you are not satisfied with the item
Please help us remove the negative,we can remove the strick and send another 5USD to you for compensation,Is it ok for you?
Or if you want us to do other, please let me know
    Waiting for your response
    Best regards

    – best2all8888”

I’m completely speechless about this behaviour. So not only do they refund the money, but try to bribe you to remove the feedback?

    Amazing!!

    To Ranus

You should file a complaint with Ebay. This is an obvious and well documented attempt to “purchase feedback” which is against EBay policies.

    Hi Randy.

I’ve already done that and forwarded the email received from the seller to eBay.
