it is not truth what they are to say of this store! I received two spy pens from 8 g with 8 memory g, therefore I find that it is not truth what they say, at least in mine case

    Hi acacio ribeiro,

Unfortunately it is true. There is data on file. It is why we ask people to send in the results from testing with H2testw.

Buyers are also checked to make sure they bought what they said they bought. All this investigating is painful.

What was your bid price? We sometimes think that a seller has shelves not labeled by item but by bid price. The more you paid in bid the more you might get in capacity.

In any case, SOSFakeFlash has zero tolerance policy, it was introduced given the scale of fraud on eBay and in the interest to warn and protect buyers since eBay will not.

Sellers are responsible to test and ensure that they deliver the advertised capacity. eBay listings say that the seller assumes responsibility for the listing. Pity that they are unable or unwilling to force sellers to live up to what they (eBay) clearly state on listings.

It would not be beyond a fake flash memory seller to occasionally throw in a real capacity item.

Acacio, this is a business. Fake flash memory sellers view it as such. There is no emotion. There is a hugh inventory of factory rejected chips at low capacity, genuine flash chips are in shortage and fought over as some FAB’s closed and others scaled back production. Also contracts to brand names are given first priority in manufacturing.

    mercifly is not an innocent.

I just got proof that mercifly = yf-tech (another well-known and documented fraud).
