To Nigel.
To me it appears that ndspro is trying to buy positive feedback. You should file a complaint with Ebay on this.

ndspro is ‘not a registered user’.
Congratulations to all who helped make this happen! ndspro was selling 100+ fake items a day.

ndspro is ‘not a registered user’ again.
They came back for a while with no listings.
This time the eBay Loss Prevention Department sent out warning messages.

Just found this website through a Google search – I bought a 32gig flash drive in May, 2010 from “ndspro”, and after receiving it & finding it to be defective, returned it & was expecting a replacement. I sent it back on June the 28th – original sale date was 21st May, I had this delay because I was interstate for two weeks after buying it. He “received” the return a month after I sent it, on 27th of July, and I waited two months – with no email replies to the two reminders I sent, before I tried logging with PayPal & eBay.
Of course the usual “45 days has passed” bollocks – but this sale occurred 10 MONTHS after this site was started, so it’s obvious that eBay & PayPal are just as culpable in this for allowing this guy to continue committing fraud on their websites. Fingers crossed I’ll actually get something from PayPal.
