I can confirm he sells fake USB flash drives. I bought a 16GB flash drive for 16 dollar, 25 dollar including freight. It was an auction and nobody else was bidding so I did not suspect anything until I received it, but found out only 2-3 GB was usable. I was able to get 90% of my money back by complaining.
He probably feared to lose both his paypal and ebay account if I reported him.
