Update the case against smoothustla
1. I filed dispute via Paypal on 03/28/09 and the case is being reviewed. Let’s wait.
2. I reported fraudulent listing to Ebay. Ebay promised to take this matter seriously. We’ll see.
3. I contacted seller for full refund plus any additional cost if she wants her fake usb flash back. She refused.
4. I gave negative feedback.
We will see how the case is progressing. Any suggestions against those crooks are more than welcome.

I also was a victim of smoothustla. Pay Pal told me I should get a refund after filing complaint.I sent the flash drive twice via UPS and it was returned because nobody would sign for it. The third time I sent it USPS and got a confirmation number. It WAS delivered to that address. In the meantime I received an email from PAYPAL telling me my tracking number is invalid and the case is closed. I need to contact paypal where I can talk to someone and get my money back

Hi Gary,
See https://sosfakeflash.wordpress.com/2009/06/05/paypal-telephone-numbers-ebay-fake-flash-usb-flash-drives-mp-players-memory-cards/
for paypal telephone numbers. You might get more help calling ebay about the issue then PayPal. If you continue to suffer from the robotic emails and robotic service agents, contact eBay for help. We have had a few reports where they did some keyboard magic and the refund magically appeared in the members account while they were still on the phone.
