New Site FlashDriveFacts Launched To Promote Consumer Awareness About MP Players – USB Flash Drives – Memory Cards

To educate the global public on MP Players, USB Flash Drives and Memory Cards the FrankenFlash Project has launched a new site – http://flashdrivefacts.wordpress.com ahead of schedule.

Recent work by eBay Fake Flash Angels is outreach campaigns to eBay Sellers revealed that most had purchased their fake and counterfeit flash devices from internet sites in Hong Kong and China. Most sellers after having been convinced to test withdrew their listings. In investigating these sites, it was clear that the source of these items pouring into eBay came from this region. Something had to be done!

Investigation revealed an avalanche of fake and counterfeit MP Players, USB Flash Drives and Memory Cards were being offered for sale! The prices as low at $3 US per item or as high as $70 US.

Both buyers and resellers need education on the true costs. To spot the fakes! In the coming weeks information will be published at this new site. Unfortunately this will delay the usual reports on eBay fake flash sellers – there is a serious back log in alerts. A difficult decision, but SOSFakeFlash must research, document and validate before issuing alerts.

The FrankenFlash Project believe that it is in the best interest of the public to strike at the sources and reveal them. Internet sites and eBay is a final destination for sale, it is the sources that matter.
