The first Documented fake by SOSFakeFlash was in mid September 2008 – all are 32GB models. Examination of negative feedback indicates seller fakes goes back to August 2008, possibily July 2008. If you bought a flash device from this seller, do not store any data on it until you test and confirm you have the advertised capacity. Failure to do so places you at risk of data loss and corruption.

A powerseller on eBay who got away with his fake flash deeds! This Hong Kong fake flash seller sold 10 different models. SOSFakeFlash has investigated and confirmed 8 of them! 13 fakes investigated. leadingstore is an eBay seller of Counterfeit flash drives. Based in China this fake flash eBay power seller – sold 16GB flash drives. SOSFakeFlash as investigated all three models and they are indeed fakes. If you bought a drive from this seller – expect data corruption and tears. Do not store any data on the drives, test! File claims and make sure to give eBay a piece of your mind!

This seller sold fake 32GB flash drives. There is also an indication in negative and neutral feedback that memory cards from this seller are fake as well. If you bought any flash drive from this seller, do not use unless you have tested and confirm the advertised capacity.
