Kaho.Chan – eBay Fake Flash Seller – Tricks eBayer

Posted by KittyFireFlash on September 15, 2008

kaho.chan eBay fake flash seller tricks eBayer into closing PayPal dispute with the promise of a full refund. Many eBayers fall into this trap, being honest they expect others to be honest and as an eBay seller honorable as well. Saddly this is how the world should work, but it does not. If you are disputing with a fake flash seller who makes a very profitable living from selling counterfeit drives – that alone should warn you. SuperNova’s story hightlights what happens if you trust a fake flash sellers words.

SuperNova is a victim of fake flash seller kaho.chan. He is not alone. This seller id was reactived by the Don of Fake Flash in the Orient. See the other articles for more details. SuperNova is an honest person, deceived in the fake flash game. He is not the first, nor the last. He belongs to an emergency refund group set up by fake flash to help eBayer victims of kaho.chan.

He dutifully tested his drive with H2testw 1.4 when it arrived, proceeded to file a dispute and followed it with immediate negative feedback. You might think this a bit premature or harsh. It is not, the kaho.chan id switched to Private Auctions immediately when eBayers began lining up at the PayPal dispute console to file claims against whatcools. SOSFlashFlash has clearly documented the counterfeit ring and presented evidence at this site.

As all eBayers receiving advice and counseling from SOSFakeFlash, he presented his evidence at PayPal, documented with his negative at eBay and proceeded to dialogue with the seller about the issue. Here are the highlights for you to read.

Please don’t call me a friend – i want a full refund NOW or i am going spend
every waking hour of my day looking at your listings and warning every
winning bidder not to pay for their items. Infact I might even write an
automated program to do it I’m that pissed off.

WHERE IS MY REFUND?

Well SuperNova, you have fallen into the trap. The case is closed. kaho.chan is off the hook with PayPal. We have advised him to write to PayPal and to forward the email from this seller. He has been tricked as so many eBayers have.

Never close a dispute before the seller refunds. I, KittyFireFlash have never had to close a dispute. Why? When the seller accepts to refund in full, the case is automatically closed at PayPal. There is no work for an eBayer to do. Only when a fake flash seller resists refunding in full for having sold you counterfeit items do you have work on your hands. Should you go through it all? YES! If you don’t like what happened to you, then you must – otherwise others will suffer what you have suffered.

To SuperNova, you can’t write an automated program. eBayers may only be contacted through the eBay messaging system. Also you can’t identify who bought the drives anymore. kaho.chan was one step ahead of you. He switched to Private Auctions – so now winners can not be identified. If They leave feedback whether postive or negative, there will be no description of what was sold, no eBay item number to examine. Your only hope is to contact the eBayers and ask them for the item number. By that time it is too late, they have most likely left postive feedback – not having fully tested the drive. As a result kaho.chan’s score can not be brought down or into eBay’s radar. Clever isn’t it?

SuperNova, please do report the current active listings for kaho.chan to eBay as fraudulent. To others who have counterfeit drives from this seller, please do the same – daily. To any other eBayers, if you would like to help, first read the evidence presented on kaho.chan, should you judge this seller is guilty, please help. All you need to do is go to the bottom of the listing page and click on report listing and follow the steps. You are more than welcome to point eBay to read up on the subject at this site. We think however, they should really get in touch with PayPal and also review the negatives that have managed to appear for this seller.

NEVER CLOSE A PAYPAL DISPUTE AS A CONDITON OR PROMISE OF A REFUND!
